Bajrami achieved her greatest popularity during the 2000s and is regarded as one of the most prominent and commercially successful popular music performers from Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is best known for her hit songs "Kakvo tijelo Selma ima" (2004), "Tijelo uz tijelo" (2004), "Ostrvo tuge" (2007), "Lijepe žene" (2007), and "Farmerice" (2009).
